We operate an online store at www.ecogalactics.cz.
To provide our products and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

A. Processing Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide, mainly through the inquiry form. These details include: contact address, phone number, and email address.
Why do we process these data? We use these details to contact you for further arrangements regarding delivery, the status of your order, and any issues with your order.
On what legal grounds? This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long do we process your personal data? If we do not continue any cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 12 months from our last communication.
B. Processing Personal Data in the Case of a Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the details you fill out, mainly billing information: name, surname, and address.
Why do we process these data? We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract with you – to deliver our products. Through your contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or inquiries.
We will further process your personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).
On what legal grounds? This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long do we process your personal data? For the duration of our service or until the last provision of such a service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a customer and have not opted out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.
On what legal grounds? This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, if you have not opted out during your purchase.
